These terms apply when you use craftcleaningchicago.com and when you request or book cleaning services from Craft Cleaners Chicago("we" or "us"). By using the website or booking a service, you agree to them. Our online booking is provided by Zenbooker, and its use is also covered by the Zenbooker terms.

2. Our services

We provide standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning, as described on our service pages. The tasks listed there describe what a service usually includes. The scope of your visit is the one we confirm with you before the service.

We serve the areas listed on our service areas page. We may decline a request outside those areas or outside the services we offer.

3. Quotes and prices

The prices shown on our website are base rates. The price of a visit depends on the size of the home, the service type, frequency, condition, and any add-ons or special requests. We confirm the scope and the price before the service.

If the home differs significantly from what was described when you booked, we will talk with you about the scope or price before continuing. Prices on the website can change, and we may correct errors on the website at any time.

4. Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

You can book online, by phone, or by contacting us. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from our booking system. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. The rescheduling and cancellation terms that apply to your visit are the ones shown when you book or in your booking confirmation.

5. Payment

You agree to pay the confirmed price for the service in the way stated when you book. Online payments are processed through our booking provider's payment processing; we do not store card numbers on this website.

6. Access, safety, and your home

To help the visit go well, please:

• Give us clear entry instructions and a way to reach you during the visit.
• Put away personal items, important documents, and fragile or valuable belongings.
• Secure pets if needed.
• Tell us before the visit about delicate surfaces, product sensitivities or allergies, and priority areas.
• Tell us about building requirements, such as front-desk registration, elevator reservations, or certificates of insurance.

We clean areas that can be reached safely. If a task cannot be done safely, our team may skip it and will let you know.

7. Our satisfaction guarantee

If something does not meet the agreed scope, contact us as soon as possible after your service and include the details. We will review the concern and explain the next step under our satisfaction guarantee.

8. Damage or loss

If you believe something was damaged or lost during a visit, tell us as soon as possible, with a description and photos if you can. Craft Cleaners Chicago is insured. We will review every report and explain the next steps.

9. Move-out cleaning and security deposits

Cleaning can support a smooth handoff, but no cleaning company can promise the return of a security deposit. The final decision belongs to the landlord or property manager.

10. Using our website

The website is provided for information and for requesting our services. Please do not misuse it, for example by interfering with how it works, trying to access parts that are not public, or using it for anything unlawful.

Photos on the website are illustrative unless they are described as our own work. The website's text, design, and logo belong to Craft Cleaners Chicago or are used with permission. Links to other websites, such as Zenbooker, Google, or social networks, are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and policies.

11. Google Maps reviews

Some pages may show reviews of our business from Google Maps. We do not write or edit them. They are provided by Google, and by viewing them you are also bound by the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. 12. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is," and we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Craft Cleaners Chicago is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the website or our services, and our total responsibility for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law requires otherwise.
