2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Quotes and bookings: when you use our online booking, you enter details such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, home size and condition, preferred dates, and notes about access, pets, or priority areas. If you pay online, you also enter payment details.
Calls, texts, and messages: your phone number and anything you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Advertising measurement: our website uses the Meta Pixel, which records the pages you visit, when you click a Book Now button, and when a contact form or quote request is submitted, together with your browser and device details and IP address. It does not record what you type into our forms.
Server logs: our hosting provider records technical information about each request to the website, such as IP address, browser, the page requested, and the time.

To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
To schedule, confirm, provide, and follow up on cleaning services, including booking confirmations and reminders.
To handle payments, concerns about a service, and requests under our satisfaction guarantee.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only for the purposes above:

Zenbooker runs our online booking, scheduling, and booking communications, and handles online payments through its payment processing. Card details are entered in the booking widget and are not stored on this website. See the Zenbooker privacy policy.
Formspree delivers contact form messages to us. See the Formspree privacy policy.
Vercel hosts the website. See the Vercel privacy notice.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives the Meta Pixel information described above. When a booking is created, we also send Meta the booking value, the service booked, and your email address, phone number, and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can tell us whether the booking followed one of our ads. Meta handles this information under the Meta Privacy Policy.
Google provides the reviews described in section 6, when they are shown.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our customers, team, or business, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and your advertising choices

The Meta Pixel sets cookies on our website and may read cookies Meta has already placed in your browser. We do not use cookies for accounts or logins, because the website does not have customer accounts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
You can manage ads you see from Meta in your Meta ad preferences, and read how Meta uses cookies in its cookies policy.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at YourAdChoices.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. Google Maps reviews

Some pages may show reviews of our business from Google Maps. To display them, our server requests the reviews from Google, and your browser loads reviewers' profile pictures directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's handling of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

The reviews themselves are provided by Google under the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

7. How long we keep information

We keep customer and booking information for as long as we need it to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact form messages are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and following up.

Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited period. These logs can include details of booking notifications our website receives from Zenbooker, kept for troubleshooting. Zenbooker, Formspree, Meta, and Google keep information under their own policies.

8. Security

The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the systems we use are protected with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you messages that are not about a booking you have made. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them as that law requires.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults arranging cleaning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the services we use change, and change the date at the top of the page. Please check back from time to time.
